"The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Wait times are quite reasonable...much shorter than the large corporate (supermarket) pharmacies. Phone calls are answered promptly and courteously. Prices are insurance-driven, not pharmacy-driven, so BCP is competitive. Might I add that ALL the pharmacists and technicians are friendly and go out of their way to help, both on the phone and in-person."

"Worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. If I called about the status on a medication, I was rudely told it takes 2 weeks and it had only been X amount of days and they can’t check on it from the tech (Melissa or Marissa I think her name is, SO RUDE). When I got a shipment email about the medication (before the 2 weeks) it was from FLORIDA which I was never told. Eventually the tech said she could check on the status but she had to log into a different computer to check once I told her I got the shipment email- so she just didn’t want to check on it for me. They got my medication from a 3rd party in Florida pharmacy that compounds but it needs to be refrigerated and the Florida compound pharmacy sent it out on Friday after I paid extra for overnight shipping (FedEx doesn’t do weekend shipments so medication is BAD & will not last the 3 months I paid for). They are working with unethical pharmaceutical companies, which falls on THEM. The employees don’t seem to care nor answer questions, even if it’s as simple as asking the status of a prescription. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN AND BEWARE!"
