They gave me the excuse that they had a bunch of In store prescriptions that they were working on well thats not my problem, that is the pharmacy's problem and their incompetent employees don't waste your money shopping there"

"Extremely awful customer service. Showed up to get my sons’ RSV medication and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I asked if I could give my oldest’s information and insurance since he hadn’t gotten a prescription filled there before and they said they had everything they needed. Almost an hour later and still nothing so I went up to get an update and the tech shuts the gate in my face and says “sorry lunch time” and walks away before I can say anything else. We come back 1.5 hours later and are told that they couldn’t fill the prescription because my son doesn’t have an account there and they didn’t have his information so it would be another hour wait while they enter everything and fill the prescription. Beyond frustrating how little they care."

"Waited in line for 35 mins to pick up my wife's Rx... Walmart had received the needles She needed and had a prescription for, and I had called it 4 days prior, and they told us they would notify us when they were in stock and fill the Rx. They wanted me to go wait in the new prescription drop-off line for another 30+ mins. I couldn't wait THAT long. . . I called Holt's Pharmacy and had them call Walmart Pharmacy and transfer the prescription to them, and Holt's filled it in 10 mins. Avoid Walmart Pharmacy in Tooele, just like the hospital out here. . ."

"The staff is kind, patient, and willing to help. Pharmacist has been knowledgeable when needed. Wait times tho.... bring a chair! Or stay in your car and use the drive thru. Just keep in mind that will almost double your already long wait time so, if you go with that option bring a movie and popcorn."
