"It’s no fun having car issues so it’s nice when you find a place you can trust. Needed new tires for my SUV and this was by far the best experience for me. They were able to get it in right away and they were finished faster than expected. Tyler in particular was so helpful and friendly!! He made the experience seem super easy. "Woke up to a completely flat tire on a frigid morning. Called 3 places who told me the wait time was many hours. But then I called Tyler at Jones CCC. Not only did he tell me he’d fit me right in, but he told me he wouldn’t charge me if it was something simple. And it was (value stem loose) and he didn’t (charge me). He wouldn’t even accept a tip. Tyler and his team demonstrate well what you want in a friendly neighborhood auto shop!"
