"June 9, 2023 I tried to wash my GMC truck. There was a jeep ahead of me and just finished and drove out. I put in $11.00 cash and got a receipt. I saw a red light come on and the monitor said to wait until the bay was clear. The bay “was” clear but I never got the green light to proceed into the bay. I contacted the company through this site and have yet to hear back. I want my money back. I was in town today and noticed it was operating again so “someone” has corrected the problem. Who else can I contact - anyone know?"
