"Very easy going, friendly, and professional pharmacy to use =]. With the amount of people that use this very small spaced, shoulder to shoulder pharmacy. The work they do is great! in the future, it would be cool if soulbergs let you have bigger pharmacy store space."

"This is by far the best pharmacy out there. The staff are always super nice and always on top of everything . One of the pharmacists Jordan is always very helpful and truly cares about patients needs and concerns by far the best pharmacist you could ask for. I drive about 45 minutes each way because of how great they are.. I’ve never liked dealing with big corporate chain pharmacies because it’s always been a hassle and frustrating but Birch always make it fast, easy and positive experience. I highly recommend! 10/10"

"The cute blonde girl who was running the place made my visit so welcoming and enjoyable. she was so friendly and took time to introduce herself and told me she would be with me in a second. She made me feel like I was more than just a customer. Nowadays it’s hard to find great customer service, that’s something most companies forget about. But I was so impressed with her and her performance. 5 stars easy, just the way I got treated with respect. I wished more companies had the same customer service like this one ."

"Tried to pickup scripts on 3 different days. I was told my scripts were ready for pickup. I would arrive and they weren't, on the third day I called , I was told they would be ready in 15, I waited 3 hours before I went in.......quess what, the order had been printed out, however it hadn't been filled. Another 30 minute wait. Been going there for a few years now but, I'm considering changing pharmacy. This has been my experience for about 6 months All I know is if, you're needing refills call them in about 4 days ahead of time. New scripts are a whole different " headache""

"I have had prescriptions waiting for more than two weeks. However, although I've stopped on about 5 separate occasions to pick them up, I have been unable to because I just don't have that much extra time, there is always a very long line, always. I always have to leave the line thinking, I'll come back later when they're not so busy. I've been without my meds, now, for almost 2 weeks. I need my medications. Standing in line waiting 30-40 minutes just to ask if my Rxs are ready, just isn't something I'm able to do. After only one month, I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a pharmacy more capable of serving their customers."
