Domino's Pizza

"I ordered a pasta and they barely filled it up a third of the way, stealing my money. My order wasn't ready 20 minutes after the tracker said it was ready, and I had to wait another 20 minutes in the store. The whole time I was waiting in the store I had to listen to the managers manically yelling at their employees. But one guy gave me an extra sauce and the pizza tastes good, it is dominos. If it was all this by itself I'd maybe give 3 stars, but for a dominos this is 1 star. Go to harrisville or the one on Harrison Blvd, both have much better quality and customer service"

"Ordered at 5:49pm Got the notification order had been started at 5:50pm Got notified again at 6:08 as well. I called the store to see if things might be a little behind which I don't mind at all. I work in the food service industry so I get it. They said it could be up to an hr, I said not a problem thank you and they told me to call back with any concerns. Once the ordered was getting delivered I noticed it showed the driver driving up and down my street like 6 times. Then it showed them leaving back to the store. When I called they had no answer and proceed to belittle me and then canceled my order. Nobody will answer the phone when I try to call and talk to a manager. I refuse to order dominos because the last time I did 2 years ago it was the same issue. I will not be returning, but this isn't where I'm stopping. I will be getting a hold of your management as soon as possible. 2 years? You people are a joke. Step up your quality of work. Or just your self."

"Says they close at midnight so I placed an order last night around 11:15 for pickup. I got there about 11:30 and the doors are locked, one person inside completely ignoring me at the door. I went back to my car and called them and nobody ever answered. When I went back a younger guy was outside and he tried to help me but kept having to go back inside to talk to his supervisor. Apparently they aren't "supposed" to accept online orders after a certain time so they said my order never came through. So I asked "so was my food never made? I paid for it and it told me it was ready" he went back in and back out to tell me that they actually DID make my order and it had been there the whole time. The pizza was bad, hardly any sauce or cheese on it and it was burnt. This location has terrible customer service, their hours aren't accurate, and they don't let you into the lobby even if you placed an order. Don't go here, waste of time and money."

"Ordered a thin crust all meat pizza and 2 orders of wings well done. The wings were cooked the way I wanted them but the pizza was burnt. While I waited all I could hear was a heavy set employee drop the f word alot along with a few others. I understand having fun but if you have customers in the lobby watch what you say."
