"I am writing this review know nothing will be done and walmart will never do anything about their horrible customer service. I went to the saratoga springs walmart to get some tires changed over. They said they were busy at the time and couldn't get to me. I totally understand that. The lady told me to come in on Saturday and they could get it done then. I asked if I could make an appointment and she said "I can't make an appointment for tires just oil changes". Knowing Wal-Mart I made an appointment for an oil change so I know my time was saved. I showed up for my appointment and they said "we are sorry but we are short handed and won't be able to get the tires done for you". I then explained my situation with no care or concern my time. He said go to the American Fork store they could get me taken care of there. I drove to the American Fork store where I was told they couldn't get the job done there. You get the frustration and anger but it doesn't stop there. While leaving the American Fork store I received a call from the Saratoga Springs walmart saying that they will have to cancel my appointment due to staffing issues. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. I know that no management will read this or care about their horrible customer service. Just hope to save someone some time. It's worth the extra money to go see Chris's at Saratoga Springs Les Shwab"

"I called and asked about an appointment for an oil change on a Saturday morning; the guy I talked to was super helpful and informative. I made the appointment online for the same day. They took my car back almost right away, and it was done in a super reasonable amount of time. The price was great, and they made it a painless experience."

"Do not take your car here! We took our car in to get a simple oil change. The next day, when we drove the car to work, all the oil leaked out, leaving it undriveable. We had to get it towed. When the mechanics inspected it they found that Walmart had stripped the threads on the oil drain plug so badly that we had to completely replace the oil pan! If we hadn't been smart and stopped the car immediately after noticing something seemed off, the whole car would have been totaled. Walmart claims services refused to answer our direct calls and emails for over a week, and I had to wait on hold for over 6 hours collectively just to get them to look at my case. It took over two weeks for me to get my car back due to their complete incompetence. I have absolutely no idea how an "auto care" shop could mess up a basic oil change this badly, but if you value your vehicle (and your time) stay away from this place at all costs."

"Walmart Auto in Saratoga Springs - I had an appointment scheduled to get new tires at 4 pm today that I scheduled yesterday. There was a new employee on site and received a call an hour later saying the appointment had been lost and needed to be rescheduled. They were able to get me in at 1 instead. I show up to my appointment only for them to say the tires that I had requested were not in stock. So they showed me two other tire options. I picked one and he went to check only to come back and say the only have 3 on stock. Picked another one and he went to check again only to tell me they only have 1 left in stock. Why would you schedule the appointment without checking to see if the tires are even in stock. They then tell me that I would need to call around because they don’t have the ability to call the other Walmart auto locations to see if they have stock. Incredibly frustrating with no actual offer to help out when it was their fault for scheduling the appointment without even having the ties in stock. And yes, I talked to the manager who was also no help. Glad I took time off of work for no reason."

"If you value your time, I highly recommend finding a different place. The $10 dollars you save going to Walmart is not worth the time spent sitting in their waiting room with all the other frustrated people. Been to this location three times. The first time was fantastic. However, the last two times that I have arrived, with a scheduled service for my car, I have waited nearly 2 hours for a oil change."
