"Even though you buy a car as is, he will still help you out. He also works on the cars if you need him to. He even came an hour away to tow my car to his shop to change the alternator, even though I had the car for 1.5 years. He's friendly. I hardly got anything for my trade in though."

"I first met Mr. Kenny Otto while shopping for my sisters 2 cars.. after Kenny passed away Brian, his son took over and I have to say they were/are BOTH great guys. Kenny would be very proud of his son. Brian has been great to us after purchasing a pickup from him. Very good customer service and a stand by his word kind of man. I highly recommend Ottos!"

"My husband bought a vehicle from Otto and traded it in for another at the lot when the first one started acting up. When this vehicle started acting up, he dropped it off for their mechanic to fix it. Three days later, the problem wasn't solved and he was charged for the labor and parts regardless, with the mechanic saying "I can't find the problem." He has been charged late fees for making payments on time, because his payments were being put towards the cost of labor instead of the vehicle itself, which he wasn't told about until the late fees started racking up. When he surrendered the vehicle, he got a text from Otto saying "I knew that would happen ALWAYS DOES. DON'T EVER come around here I knew you was trouble from day one." Save yourself time and trouble and steer clear of this place. He clearly doesn't care about his customers, and only cares about the money he's pocketing."

"Otto will come across as honest but I assure you he is not. He will sneak a paperwork fee on you after all is said and done and down payments are made making you start out behind on your payments. He will add late fees that are false on your account so hold on to your money order receipts and demand a payment receipt at the time of payment because he will try. He will sucker you into a "free" warranty with down payment and then change it from the free warranty to a paid warranty which he gets a commission off of when you leave and then add late charges to the cost of the warranty. I should add that only his shop takes the warranty and he only half fixes the vehicles. His cars are all over 130-200 thousand miles regardless of way it looks outside they are old and abused. The truck I got from him and ultimately gave back after having never been late on a single payment and not being updated down. I gave it back because he is a crooked old man. The truck I gave back he had sold a few times and repossessed it and supposedly took it on trade in another time. It's a piece of junk that the electrical system blows the lights on every other week. The brakes are horrible and check engine light comes on all the time. He leaves the cars battery's unhooked so that when you test drive it no check engine light comes on. Do business with this crook at your own peril."
