"Refused to serve me because I'm in pain management due to failed lumbar and cervical fusion surgeries that require corrective surgeries and see a psychiatrist for severe ADHD-Combined Type for which I require Percocet and Adderall to manage my symptoms and maintain my capacity to work as a licensed behavioral health professional and function in daily activities. I felt mortified, shocked, and discriminated against. The staff member who advised me, "We aren't accepting new customers with narcotics prescriptions," was rude. Adderall isn't a narcotic, it's a Schedule-II controlled substance, and they could have at least offered to fill it if they had it in stock. I feel sorry for my patients that receive services there and are prescribed controlled substances by their physicians, because there is an obvious bias against them among the owner and staff of a pharmacy with such a policy. There are many other options for pharmaceutical services, thankfully."

"Love the pharmacy, best in the state!, full of wonderful, caring, sympathetic, just helpful employees. Would give 10 stars if allowed. However advanced care (medical equipment or as I call them the old karen squad. I truly hope these women's loved ones or families need some medical equipment one day and they have to experience the same disdainful rude,disrespectful, spiteful, and frankly unchristian behavior these karens have acted toward some of the most in need of our community. I have never been more in shock at the way those women will ignore disabled people's needs so easily and sleep soundly."

"We love this pharmacy, it gives you personalized service with friendly staff. All that kept me from giving 5 stars is the drive thru line is often backed up because people drop off prescriptions and sit and wait for the order vs returning after staff has had a chance to fill it. People who drop off prescriptions at peak times should be told to return to pick up the prescriptions vs hold the line up while those who did drop off and return or those who ordered refills in ample time can get their orders without wasting a half a tank of gas sitting in the broiling sun waiting behind people who clearly have no respect for the pharmacy staff or others who are waiting behind them. Again, this is not a negative about the pharmacy, they are fabulous it's the process at the drive thru that needs fine tuning especially for people who are on a time limit (lunch hour, school etc)."

"This is the place to go if you don’t mind being ignored while standing at the counter to pick up your prescription. They weren’t very busy at all. All of the employees ,including the pharmacist, where aware that we were standing there but refused to acknowledge us. In order to pick up prescriptions you’re better off going through the drive through where they’re forced to help you. We will be switching pharmacies."
