"B&T is all talk....We got you, We got this, Have your truck humming like new in a few days. Once you hand over the keys, forget it. They act irritated that you want an update. They had my truck for a week and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Did not even diagnose. I lost hundreds of dollars using rentals, uber all the while thinking they just needed more time. If I had a lawyer, I would have sued them. Worst customer service ever."

"son's car broke down outside of Gainsville. We live in Oklahoma.. They said they would get car and see what was wrong... after several days, we called and they had not gotten car yet.. they were rude, unprofessional, and I would not recommend this shop if it was the last and only place in Texas. We were being charged daily, because the car had been impounded. We called Cam's which the tow service recommended! Cam's got the car and we are so glad! B & T is the worst!!!!"
