"It is imperative that you absolutely know your numbers before you deal with this dealership. I was in the market for a Tahoe and I contacted around 20 different dealerships before I went with the best deal. I always know my numbers so that helps me when it comes to the integrity of a dealership. For whatever reason, this dealership absolute worst numbers. The numbers they were asking for their vehicle and the numbers they were telling me my vehicle was worth Even on the charts. Please know, I talk to multiple dealerships in, west Arkansas, and North Texas. For whatever reason this little dealership was offering me the absolute worst deal. It doesn’t matter how nice the salesman is or how prompt the service department is there anything like that when it comes to buying a vehicle. It’s all about the numbers. If you will take some time and do some and no the numbers on what you have and on what you want then you can use those facts to weed out the truly good dealerships versus the ones who will take complete advantage of you. "My truck recently broke down on I-40 just outside Hinton, OK. I called Wheeler Chevrolet Service and spoke to Jamie (Service Advisor) who, even though it was almost quitting time, arranged for a tow truck to pick up the truck and take it to their shop. The tow truck arrived very soon after the call and another employee drove us to a local motel. Early the next morning Jamie called back and informed me the alternator on the truck was bad. They replaced the alternator and during the test drive the mechanic noticed the passenger side front wheel bearing was bad and they suggested it be replaced. I work on cars and indeed the wheel was loose and making noise when turned by hand and so I had the wheel bearing replaced. In a few hours a new wheel bearing was installed and we made our way home with no other problems. All the people I met at Wheeler Chevrolet Service (and the tow truck driver Myron) were very friendly. The service was great and I am especially appreciative that they took the time to check the wheel bearing after hearing the noise during the test drive. I would have never made it home on that bearing. I must also say that the cost for all the work was more than reasonable. My conclusion is that they are honest and friendly people and I would highly recommend doing business at this shop."
