"This place has gone so far downhill. We've been coming for the last couple of years, and it's gradually gotten worse. There's no supervision and never has been. Things are torn up, holes in walls, mats falling off of the springs, mats ripped exposing whatever hardware is underneath, caution tape around one of the areas, the rails around the exits are loose, and my favorite is the gate that should be there for safety, knocked over giving kids access to what looks like paint cans and hazardous material. This will likely be our last trip here. It's unfortunate because it's one of the places my kids enjoy, but I'd rather make the drive to Urban Air where I know my kids aren't going to get trampled or hurt due to safety violations."
"Our party at GetAir Norman was great! Evan was helpful and had everything set up and ready to go, even a cutting utensil for the cake. We didn't have to do anything. He was friendly and helpful. I forgot candles and he had done with a lighter even!"
"Very disappointing!! We used to love it here. It's been over a year. I spent almost $50 for 1 hour for my kiddo and me. Why do they charge the grown ups more when they know we're barely jumping? This place is RUN DOWN!! DISGUSTING!! When we jumped off the swing all these particles of dust and fibers flew up in the air. It's still decorated for Halloween still on February 1st. Things are broken and peeling. It really needs some work! Staff was really nice. Absolutely not worth the money! My son and I are completely stopped up today and coughing, probably from breathing all that stuff. Yuck!"
"We love it here especially when the children are taking turns on the swing an foam area letting everyone have a turn, unlike some days we go an children won't get off at all even if you ask nicely for a turn. But other then that great place"
