"I seperated my balljoint and swaybar end links on North Fork Road (about 25 miles away from any chance of help during the muzzleloader deer hunt). After luckily finding some cell service this buisness owner sent someone with a truck and trailer. They recovered my truck, brought me to the shop and fixed my truck. They showed me what I broke, gave me a basic explanation on how to fix what I broke, and recommended some inexpensive tools and parts I could keep on hand if something similar happened again. To top it off they didn't charge me for the trailer recovery, just parts and labor. Great people, great company!"

"wile on vacation in southern utah I got a huge crack in the exhaust manifold of my 2001 dodge ram with a cummins 24 v diesel engine. the guys at bairds fixed it really fast, saved me money on parts, And also found a unrelated problem that was causing me to lose about 1/4 of my horsepower and they fixed that for free!!! they totally saved my vacation!!!!"
