"My van has overheating issues. I took it in twice for repairs. First time went wonderfully. Easy fix (thermostat). Fast, and efficient and I was down the road. Second time was horrible. Had the van.towed in. After waiting 6 days I finally found out my vehicle needs a new Head Gasket....$3450.00. I told them to fix it. After waiting 2 weeks and 2 days, I get a call telling me that they need a "special tool" to do the job. Now they can't do it. They said they would call around yo find someone to help me (I don't think they did). I had to rent a car from July 5 - July 25. $1034. I'm so mad. Had to buy a vehicle. Will never go here again."
