"I seriously had such an amazing experience with this pharmacy. Everyone was very kind. Braylee checked me out and even though they were slammed, she was so kind to make sure she answered all of my questions. I even forgot I had a Smith’s card and she saved me a few dollars!! She was so helpful that I’m going to transfer all of my medications from Beaver to here and make the drive. Thank you!"

"Robbie, Jade and Erin are betond kind, knowledgable and sweet. Only a few look down on me for needing pain pills. Those fools need to taste real pain!!!"

"If I could give smith's pharmacy in Cedar City, zero stars I would. They denied my psychiatric medication for over 30 days. Then blaming my Dr. for not calling it in correctly??! They also kept sending me texts that other meds were ready, and when I arrived to pick up they said they were NOT ready. This all combined sent me to the hospital emergency room.They all, should be ashamed of themselves!"

"This pharmacy has gone downhill in a big, big way. We've been getting our prescriptions filled here for the last 4 years with no problems. Over the last 6 months, however, they have gotten progressively worse about notifying when prescriptions are ready, contacting our doctor for refills, and generally providing services. The last straw was their multiple failures regarding my wife's antidepressant refill. She submitted the refill in advance, and not only did they not tell her she had no refills remaining and the doctor's office needed to be contacted, but they then failed to contact our doctor. She was left without her medication for a full week before we could get in with the doctor to get things changed over. The pharmacy here, naturally, didn't care at all. We've switched pharmacies, now, to somewhere that will hopefully do at least the bare minimum. Hugely disappointed and frustrated at how terrible the service here has become."

"I went here as my new pharmacy after moving to Cedar for school. Stacy was amazing and helped when my doctors office sent my prescription to the wrong Smith's location. Erin was able to fill my prescription quickly. However as Stacy was helping me in the beginning, the technician next to her, Katelyn I believe, was in the process of helping an older gentleman who took time to talk to Erin about something. He was still standing at the counter when Katelyn decided it was a good idea to take off her mask and get on her phone instead of helping the 3 other guests in line behind me. After waiting for my prescription to be filled, about 10 minutes, Katelyn waved at me to come over to the counter. She then rudely asked me for my birthday and then told me the price of prescription. Not knowing any better I paid and went on my way. One of my friends is a certified pharmacy tech as well and when I told her of my experience, she told me I should have paid nothing for my prescription because I have insurance. A quick google search later and I found she was right. I had no reason to pay for my medication and I wasn't even asked if I wanted insurance on file. I am very disappointed with her customer service abilities and I will try and go whenever she isn't working because everyone else was phenomenal."
