"Customer service here is awful. Find another trailer dealer. Frame on my 2 year old trailer broke. I understand things happen, but I have been trying to get it fixed for 3 weeks . Don't return calls, won't help with the 3 year warranty. Won't do anything. Save yourself the trouble. And it's a simple weld repair 20 minutes. A good customer service would just take care of it"

"The guys and gals are great to work with. I have bought two separate trailers from them to pull both of my RZR's and have had an excellent experience both times. I had one issue with the latest one where one of the taillights fell out of the housing while driving on a bumpy freeway. I took it back and they jumped right on it an got it fixed with an upgraded part toot sweet. Highly recommend if your in the market for a quality trailer."
