"This was a bitter sweet experience. I took my 2093 Ford Mustang in to have my A/C charged since we were in the triple digits and my steering wheel was almost to hot to hold. The receptionist and the service team were so nice and the waiting area was so nice and comfortable. I waited an hour for my car to be charged and after paying and driving off my car stalled 4 times with two miles of the dealership. This had never happened before so I called back and spoke to the service department I was told that I would be given something else to drive while my car was looked at. I was given a dirty SUV but it had a great A/C unit; which I had for few days. Not hearing back from them I stole by and was told I needed a new compressor. It was ordered and installed. Again no call to say it was ready so I just went by to check on my car. It was finished andI paid for the new part and the service just to leave and again the same problem it had when I left the first time the A/C was charged. At this point my heart is aching with disappointment. I called and was told to come back and I could have the same loaner car had days before. The next day I got my car back and it was fixed. I was told it had a hose that was bent and pinching off the airflow to my intake. It has been running well since and I was told that the work that was done is guaranteed for a year. I’m so happy to have my classic back."
"I really wish someone would have went over all the functions of the dash in the truck. I had to watch YouTube videos to find out to use all the functions. This truck has a lot of features to learn. Overall it was the easiest buying experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle."
