"Dave (the tow truck driver) was awesome, he helped my brother Jon who is moving to Wyoming towing his pickup behind the 16 ft Penske truck. Dave came quickly and resolved the issue, the pickup’s tire strap looened allowing the truck to slip back. Could have been a disaster, Thank you Dave! You really helped my brother get back on the road safely and quickly. God Bless you, MaryAnn"

"Broke down just short of Wendover on I-80. Mister Tow was there in a jiffy and towed us all the way back to Salt Lake for a very reasonable price. Super friendly and awesome people, were great with our two dogs in the cab too. Highly recommend."

"Rick the owner went above and beyond to help me out when I was left stranded on the side of the interstate. I was 60 miles away from any gas station. Unclear if I was out of fuel or my fuel pump failed, Rick brought me gas, while he was in the middle of a current tow. When the gas only made my vehicle go 10mph, Rick followed me on the shoulder for 30 minutes. Rick then hooked a chain and pulled me the 60 miles to the gas station. While I worked on my vehicle Rick said he would be back after he dropped his current tow to check on me. I was unable to fix my vehicle at the gas station so Rick came back and put it on his flat bed. Rick towed me an additional 60 miles to Salt lake to drop the vehicle at a shop. Rick then gave me a ride across town to a hotel. Rick even walked in the hotel to make sure I was able to get a room. Rick basically spent the entire day taking care of me for almost nothing a fraction of the price. What an example of an individual actually caring about people especially his customers and having pride of ownership. Thank you Rick! I will always remember your kindness that day."
