"It took him a little while to get my hot tub but that wasn't their fault it was a manufacturer. When it came in they had it brought to the home and set up and did a wonderful job and been good to work with. Need to work on the communication a little bit but that's it very satisfied"

"I don't own one of their pools myself and at this rate I will most likely never. My parents purchased a pool from them LAST summer and have been waiting since LAST summer to have it correctly installed. Their landscaping is a disaster and they still haven't been able to put in a deck, all because they are still waiting on repairs for their pool. The walls of the pool are warped. They are incredibly nice and the most patient with customer service. At this point, if it were me I would be asking for a new pool to be installed. They are still working with customer service, so I will update this review if the situation improves. *Update* My parents still have a terrible excuse for a pool in their yard. Several “repairs” have been made. Hopefully the whole thing will be replaced soon. Maybe after three years they will have a completed pool and a nice yard. We will see."

"Stopped in for the first time recently to buy some shock. While the lady behind the counter wasn't rude, I sure didn't feel like my business was valued either. In any case, this location doesn't have a helluva lot more than basic chemicals and maybe some odds and ends pipe fittings. A neighbor swears the chems are better than the stuff Leslie's sells, and that may well be, but I've never left Leslie's feeling like I had bothered someone. Something to be said for that."

"Elaine is always helpful and knows a lot about pools. They carry lots of great products and they can explain exactly how each one works. Free water tests too."
