If you're looking for a slower paced practice to help with mobility, stretching, and strengthening, our gentle yoga classes are perfect for you. These classes are ideal for beginners or anyone looking to relax and stretch sore muscles. Breathing and meditation techniques are also included in these classes.
In addition to our adult classes, we also offer preschool age and kids yoga classes taught by Certified Yoga Instructors with a background in education. These classes focus on learning, coordination, improved focus, and overall mind/body health through yoga poses, play, and breathing exercises.
Gift cards are available for purchase at our front desk, and we offer a variety of pricing options, including punch passes and unlimited monthly memberships. We are also the ONLY registered CrossFit® affiliate in Salem, so come join us in the quest of Forging Elite Fitness.

"Breathe Yoga is amazing! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff and instructors make you feel so comfortable and welcome. The studio is beautiful and so CLEAN. The instructors are all excellent, each one very knowledgeable and with their own individual styles that complement each other well. Each class is different and its own experience, so I always come to class excited for something new. The steam is WONDERFUL. I always leave feeling amazing. I highly recommend!"
