"I am a coach for a youth team that plays Indoor Soccer here, we were in the wrong division for our skill level and when I reached out to them their Customer Service was poor and unwilling to help find a better division that met our skill level. All youth leagues are premier level and don't offer any for those who are not at that level. This was not stated on their website but they are unwilling to help in any way whatsoever. Non-refundable and so we are stuck. Not happy and will not ever have a team here again."

"I play in a men's indoor soccer league at this facility. Being an Indoor ref is no easy, glorious position and they are often bad in most facilities. Because of that I had to drop in and leave a review for the guys that refed our game Monday night. Turf was great, competition was good and the refs nailed it. Thanks Sport City for providing a great place to get some exercise and have some fun."

"It’s honestly disgraceful, the place has so much potential but the staff and workers ruin the place. While the staff isn’t awful, they protect the refs no matter what.,The referees have said several racist things to players, and always seem to be on a power trip. They have no idea what they’re doing, my little sister would do a better job!! They always seem to be biased and call random things, almost like they’ve never been around the sport of soccer. The refs tend to be racist, call random fouls, go on power trips, and ride their ego. They ruin it and take the love and passion out of such a beautiful sport. They’re disrespectful too, you may try and explain something to them kindly or get an explanation and they’ll shrug it off or even tell you to shut up. The owner of the area seems to not really care either, several times I’ve seen people bring up the problems with the refs and their racial remarks as well as horrible horrible calls and terrible attitudes and actions. The owner shrugs it off and couldn’t care less. I have had a lot of expierence around soccer as a player, coach, fan, etc. and I have genuinely never seen a worst staff and group of referees than at sport city. I think it’s unfortunate as it is a pretty area with potential but they just don’t meet that. 0/10, I recommend going anywhere but sport city. Start your own league or anything, but don’t make the mistake of having your kids play here. I also want to add I’ve tried to go to the owner and officials times, but nothing is ever done. Everything here is done for the money and they honestly don’t care about you, your kids, your organization. or anything."

"Overall the facilities are nice, but the positives end there- at least in my experience. I joined an adult indoor soccer league here, and I have never witnessed a more disorganized organization. They can’t give us a planned out schedule for the season- instead we get a text two days before each game. They never inform us of which field we are on, so that’s always a guessing game the day we show up. But the biggest frustration here has been the referring. They don’t know their own rules and each game turns into such chaos with everyone screaming at each other. The last game I had, the score changed three different times after the game ended. We had to get the manager to settle things but this didn’t help. A player from each team was shown a red card at different points during the game, but only our team had to play with a man down- and no one could explain why? Ok? Also, there were several racist remarks made by one ref at the end of the game. Unfortunately each week my experience has become increasingly frustrating to play at this facility, and what my team has been looking for is an easy going Sunday league. Unfortunately we have not found that here, and will not be returning. Hopefully this experience has been unique to us, although it has remained consistent. Lastly, the bathrooms don’t have baby changing stations, so diapers are being changed on the bleachers. Cheers."
