"If you're looking for Jiu-Jitsu it's hard to beat, especially if you're in Tooele. Kieth is the real deal. He's a successful competitor and has coached many successful fighters. Kids or adults, great place. There are some very good fighters at this gym but everyone is friendly and trying to get better. I can't recommend it enough."

"I might have gave this place 5 STARZ but it is really a 7.5 star establishment. I travel around the country quite a bit for work and if this isn’t THE best I don’t know what is. Seriously I was working out in Utah last year and dropped in and was glad I did. Not only was I more than welcome but everyone made me feel like family. Speaking of family, this is a family gym where husbands and wives train, numerous kids classes and ladies only classes. Don’t get the wrong idea though, there is plenty of competition if you are looking to test yourself. From traditional BJJ in the gi to no-gi to high level striking classes to all in MMA, TMAA has it all. There are State Champion Wrestlers there, a beam full of BJJ medals and not 1 but at least 2 MMA Championship belts as of press time on this post. Like I said I dropped in a year ago and it re-lit my fire and I started training again. Now fast forward a year and I was back in Tooele, so of course I dropped in. Remember when I said they treated me like family earlier, well just like Cheers everyone knew (remembered) my name. Again you can’t beat the people or quality of training so if you live in Tooele or the surrounding area or anywhere close enough to drive then this is THE place to train. Stop in and see Keith, Bryan, Zac, Matt, Austin and all the good people at TMAA, you will be glad you did."
