This seems to be the theme for all "dollar" type stores. The corporations will blame lack of employees... I blame the corporations for lack of concern for individuals they hire. Let's see the president of the company come work like the individuals with no help and see what kind of difference it makes!"
"Stuff all over the floor, not clean. We purchased a few items with stickers that clearly said 3 dollars and were charged 5, we asked for a refund immediately to pay the amount marked and were told "sorry, we can't do refunds or anything, the reguster won't let us". It is illegal to sell items at a price other than their marked price. It is bad management to leave people in charge of a store when they can't even refund an item or fix a basic issue. The entire purpose, as a retail store, is to sell items, for a price told to the customer. Figure it out."
"It seems as if the staff has changed drastically over the last few months. Same people but their attitudes have become more positive and uplifting. They are always smiling and friendly. Not because they have to; because they are happy. At times the store is a little cluttered but unlike other stores everything is in the correct area."
