Buffalo Wild Wings

"We took our son and his family out for his birthday (University Mall local), and there wasn't much of a wait at 6pm, which we thought was odd since their other locations always seem really packed. We tried ordering value bundle meals and we're told they don't offer everything you see online, so you need to be aware of that. Then our grandkids wanted mac-n-cheese... "Nope! Don't have that today" (I'm quoting the waitress). Did, of course, some crying happened. Then we asked about their supposedly signature and well touted Sauce Gardener's Sauce Sauce..."I've never heard of that, so no, we don't have it". She went back and checked at our request and was told it's a mixture of some of their other sauces, but she told us not to order it because it didn't sound good to her. Honestly it didn't sound that great to us either. The food tasted good for the most part, although my husband's Asian wings were pretty dry - I had actually asked if it was a dry rub, lol! It's pictured with the BBQ sauced ones. Also, the food came out pretty slow, and a few meals came out way ahead of some of the others (again, it wasn't crowded so not sure why). Anyway, the experience wasn't the best, but the food was ok. I really liked the wings with the jalapeno sauce. I dipped them in the sauce that came with the cheese curds and I think I found a new personal favorite!"

"Was in town for work trip. Sat at the bar. Bartender was very attentive. The manager greeted us at the door. Food was good. The place wasn't very busy when we showed up. Restaurant was fairly clean. They were out of paper towels in the bathroom."

"I go to bdubs quite a bit. Mostly out of town but u have a great understanding of how there’s a general way of management. This is a brand new location so put that in consideration. Things that could improve with this location - the server we had it showed that he had no experience as a server. Which also falls on management. He messed up our order couple of times and had to comeback to ask what we got. After multiple attempts of reassuring which I’m okay with, he still messed up our order. Out drinks took forever come. Our orders came out so far apart. I didn’t see work any other tables in 15+ minutes which made we wonder why he didn’t bring our drinks faster. I liked how he was trying and friendly. I feel like it was staff plenty for an evening but it didn’t seem like it was running smoothly. I’ll probably go back again since my boss love bdubs and I’m willing to always change reviews if they make changes. Update: Jan 2024 It seems like this place is getting worse rather than improving. I don’t wanna be mean but they need to do something with this location. Its really is struggling. I got in said 20 mins wait. Get in after being there over an hour. 10 mins later our server showed up. As we are ordering he mentions that it could be a 45 min window till our food could come out. Yea we left. it's so understaffed and some of the staff ive seen here are legit clueless. Well prolly gonna lose us unless they improve."

"Bdubs is always one of my favorite restaurants. This location specially is still working out the kinks since they’re relatively new. Our server was amazing and super attentive. The food was good, but my dry rub wings were a little over seasoned. But im happy with the experience we had."

"The pieces online are cheaper than dine in. Example it showed 4.00 apps on the website but in store they were 10.00. So fine in was now expensive. They also had a better deal for wings and fries online"
