"We came to Dr. Wilson when my oldest daughter was just 2 weeks old. Everything was great until I had my second daughter this June. When my second was having issues with her bowels I took her in and they were going to refer her to a GI specialist. This was on August 1st. I read reviews on the one they were going to refer her to and I didn’t feel comfortable. I let them know I wanted to go with another and they let me know if was perfectly fine. I kept calling to get a referral sent to the doctor I had chose. I finally gave up on calling because my daughter resumed regular bowel movements- thank goodness. The referral team JUST called me last week for a referral. It had been over a month before the referral even got sent in. But, this is not the only reason Husband and I found another pediatrician. We have been undermined as parents twice by two of the providers there. Once when I was explaining what was happening with my daughter Jennifer was talking over me. And my oldest was having a melt down as I was tying to calm her down Jennifer asked if she can give her a sucker. I let her know I am not comfortable and she has never had a sucker. After I said no, she took a sucker out and said “let’s just try and see” and proceeded to give my daughter a sucker with out my permission. Then the final straw is when my husband just took my oldest daughter on Monday to get checked out as she was feeling under the weather. Dr. Wilson was looking in her throat then proceeded to do a covid swab in her nose. My husband let him know we didn’t want her tested for covid. Dr. Wilson response was “ it’s going around, it will only take 10 minutes and I didn’t go in her nasal cavity” Dr. Wilson did not ask consent to test my children for covid. And when my husband said something he basically implied he didn’t care. With him doing things with out our permission. I do not trust the care they would be providing my children. This was my experience with this office and the providers."

"I was attempting to switch my daughter to this practice, and we have had an appointment set now for several weeks. I have also gone in person more than a month ago to fill out all the paperwork. I was called today, two days before this long awaited appointment and was told they didn't have room for us in their practice but its really insurance's fault, not theirs. The receptionist was rude and pretty much said "yeah we have had patients for 13 years were having to do this too soo" as if my daughter didn't matter because they treated all their patients terribly, not just my daughter. I would avoid this clinic as there seems to be many parents having to deal with their inability to handle paperwork."
