I asked for a manger to get my number ported after finishing a 1 year contract…seven days later they tell me that I need to talk to someone else in an additional 3 day from now. "I rarely write reviews but Weave deserves it. We are a very busy pediatric dental office. We see 100-150 kids a day. When our office first installed Weave I was skeptical. It did not take long before Weave became the thing we could not do without. I love that when the phone rings you can see who it is, giving you a jump start in pulling up their record and allowing you not forget their name in the process. We still make phone calls but more often than not we use the text feature allowing us to communicate in real time. Some people will not answer their phone but will answer a text. This, alone, has stepped up our efficiency and time spent on the phone. When a parent calls with a concern about their child's tooth/mouth the first thing we do is have them text a picture and the doctor is able to see what is going on and address their concern, more often than not saving them a trip to the office. My favorite feature is that it records phone calls. Almost daily, I go back and listen to calls to verify information or to see if someone really did call our office, who spoke to them and what information was relayed. Their customer service is easy to get ahold of and they do an amazing job of addressing your issues. I would give Weave an A++"
