"There was food out but the store was not open. It was 2:00 on a very busy Saturday. . This is not the first time the store has been closed during Mall hours. Management needs to know how much money they are losing when employees aren’t opening the store and selling food."
"It was a great experience I absolutely loved the new barbeque pizza also the staff is great from the kindness to the experience! But one person in particular caught my eye his name was Josh something. He was extremely kind and protective over his other coworkers! He is rather quiet but amazing none the less this man deserves a raise or a manger position he needs to be higher up! Thank you for the good pizza Sbarro!"
"Made a $150 order via Doordash. They screwed up everything they could. Half the order missing, half the order wrong or bad. Didn't get Stromboli, Mac and cheese, breadsticks, or ziti. Got two wrong pizzas, one we can't eat due to food sensitivities. Got cheesecake not chocolate cake, and the berry sauce they sent with it was rotten. Only thing right was the spaghetti, so one person got their meal. Others ate the plain cheese due to hunger and frustration, but it's not what we ordered. Family very mad and hungry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
