Bountiful Groom Room

"I have taken all 3 of my dogs to the groom room for 2 years now. They work well with my large dog and my shihtzus Lways come out looking so adorable. You also cannot beat the price. Thank you Bountiful Groom Room!"

"Neglectful and cruel. I have taken my dog here in his early years and every time it has been a bad experience. He would come home with cuts, active bleeds and dehydration. The last straw was when they closed the shop and left for the day with my dog locked in a kennel. They never called us to come and get him. They just left. We waited 6 hours and decided to go down and see what was taking so long and realized everything was closed and everyone had gone home. We called the owner to come back and give us our dog and she came but was reluctant and unapologetic. I cant believe they were just going to leave him over night. Every time we go to the Hospital, which we love, my dog shakes violently. So now I groom him myself."

"⚠️Beware animal abuse ⚠️ Do NOT take your animal to this groomer!!!! I just witnessed with my own eyes Rana Woolsey physically abusing a dog. It looked like a white poodle. I knocked on her glass door and shouted "I saw that!" She said "So what!" Again, I confronted Rana in the lobby of Bountiful Animal Hospital and said "I just saw you abusing that dog!" RANA SAID, "SO WHAT!" An employee at Bountiful animal hospital and a customer in the lobby witnesses Rana say this as well. I have contacted Davis County Animal Care & Control. If you're able to post on this and offer other suggestions on what I can do to make sure this never happens again, I'd love suggestions. I am sick and physically shaken by what I witnessed. Terribly sad!"
