"Can never get this place on the phone. Dr. Landis is great but the rest of the staff and business practices are absolutely terrible. Switching to a new pediatrician because this is ridiculous. This place is the same quality of care you get at mercy. Use at your own caution. Whoever they have answering phone calls needs to be fired."
"Horrible staff. You don’t need to tell a parent asking for a referral that “Not everything you read online is true” as if I’m not trying to see a doctor. How belittling and unnecessary. Dr landis, I hope you are happy with the decisions your staff has made on your behalf. All I wanted was a referral so that my daughter could see another specialist so that we could get some answers instead of just being told to take Zyrtec. Your staff required a 3rd appointment with you, as if I have the money and time and Paid time off for all of these appointments, especially when your office takes so long and yet you are still rushed when we are seen. I tried to talk to you about her stomach problems at her appointment and you told me to make another appointment. Your staff decided to put “procedures” over a simple request for a Gastro referral. Shame on me for trying to go straight to a specialist for answers instead of going to you multiple times."
"Dr. Landis is great and have no complaints about him as a doctor or the clinic staff, they’re all very friendly and educated. However, I have yet to be able to get a sick appointment for my kids in a timely manner. It is ALWAYS 3-4 days out. I understand being overwhelmed by patients, but when my kids are sick to the point of needing a doctor it’s honestly laughable to suggest waiting 4 days. I’m sure it’s on their radar, but they REALLY need a PA or NP (or a few)."
