Little Caesars Pizza

"Ordered online and went to grab it about five minutes after it said it was ready, I then had to sit 45 minutes inside before I got my order. The girl at the register asked me four different times what my order was then tried to give me the wrong order twice. Turns out they had stuck my order in the wrong portal slot. Which I get mistakes can happen however getting the wrong order handed to me multiple times is a bit much. After I finally got home I opened my pizza and the dough is not even cooked all the way through. Had not had this place in a while and I think I’ll go back to just not having it. I hate sounding like a Karen but I mean when the food you waited for is it even cooked fully I think a review is justified."

"The last two times I ordered, I had to wait an hour for two orders of the pizza puffs. This most recent time, a 30 minute wait, and these were the result… terribly unportioned puffs. Go to the one in Tulsa instead. This location is very unreliable."

"This is no reflection of the door dash delivery driver. This was an absolute nightmare experience. The driver had to wait almost 20 min for our food. I left extra money due to his inconvenience. When you try and call no one answers. No one comes up to the counter to take an order or get your food. I can’t rate the food yet since it hasn’t been received and was order over 40 min ago. This is an absolute joke."

"Worst pizza I’ve had in my life, Kum n Go pizza is much better. I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas, had to wait 20 minutes for them, got home and both of them were undercooked, the dough couldn’t even hold the pizza and everything slides right off, and on top of that the pizza was cut so terribly, waste of 20$. I can only recommend this place if you wanna have the worst lasagna you will ever have in your life. Ended up throwing both pizzas away, I think I genuinely would rather eat cardboard with tomato sauce."

"Employees are now instructed to mark online orders ready for pick up before the pizza goes into the oven. It took me a few weeks to catch on because the apologies sounded sincere. I went from ordering once a week to never again. It’s too bad. They have tasty pizza. My go-to place since they moved in to town. However, Waiting in the pizza lobby with a dozen angry customers is not how I want to start my evening. I have reached out to corporate and the store manager. The store owner appears to be an urban legend. As long as the numbers are up, nothing will change. If you want to wait and wait and wait, this is the place to be."
