"I can't say enough about Shabu! Not our first visit yet I continue to be impressed at every turn. Aimee, our server Nick, and the entire staff here shine. So attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. Absolutely delicious food served with great presentation and speed. Some of our favorite staples are the wagyu served with the hot rock for searing. The blistered green beans, sushi, noodles, and even the delicious salads. It's a must visit while in Park city. Get a reservation early as this place is on everyone's radar! We will absolutely visit and recommend any chance we get!!"
