"Level Nine is such a great shop. I've been a loyal customer for a couple of decades. I had a missing rubber tip on one of my brake arms on my skis. Kyler found a replacement part and got me on my way safely! Thanks for the great service."

"Came by this evening looking to try out some new boots as my current pair just aren’t keep up anymore, both in fit and performance. Had a great experience with these guys, Isaac my boot fitter was super knowledgeable, any issues I had he either had recommendations if it wasn’t in stock this evening or another boot to try on and compare. My feet are super odd to fit and he was nothing but understanding and ready to help. Genuinely a great experience with him Another homie of mine gets all his equipment here and they’ve been great with him too!"

"Level 9 is an awesome shop. Great for beginners to come get fitted and learn how the gear works. I knew absolutely nothing about skiing and Isaac helped me get out the door with everything I needed and even threw in a few buffs since I bought so much stuff. I would absolutely recommend Level 9 for anyone in the Salt Lake area who needs snow sports gear and wants to support a local shop. Thanks a lot Isaac!"

"Incredible customer service. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Got my girlfriend a snowboard kit here, for a really good price as well. Even though we were looking for less expensive items the quality of service remained 10/10. I returned to level 9 to get a nice set of ski boots. I noticed they were missing some screws in them after I purchased them. (It was the boot manufacture’s fault NOT the ski shop) I went back into level 9 and said they didn’t have the screws I needed, so instead of having me run all over town to find specific screws, the replaced my boot no questions asked. I’ve been coming here for years and these most recent times have absolutely blown me away with the level of customer service provided by this great ski shop. You don’t need to look anywhere else for ski or snowboard gear. Level 9 is your best bet!!"

"Gotta give my honest review, might be a little harsh, but this is the honest account of my experience with level 9 sports. I should also say that this is more a review of a single ski tech that messed up, but level 9 wouldn’t work with me one bit on this, so here we are. I got my brand new skis mounted with bindings bought from Level 9 in December 2019. They skied great for 4 years, but in May of 2023 I had a catastrophic failure of the mount. Both heel pieces ripped out of the skis at the same time while skiing down at the end of a work day, causing a nasty crash and major damage to the skis. Fast forward a couple weeks later when I had time to take them to the best reviewed ski shop in the Denver area with pro level ski techs and they were disgusted at the condition. Whoever had mounted them in 2018 had messed up the holes and failed to seal them as well leading to rot in the cores of my skis, which led to their ultimate failure. When I contact Level 9 and communicated this to them, they wouldn’t take a single bit of responsibility and told me they couldn’t do anything, and that it could have been my fault?! They said it was totally reasonable for a mount to blow out after 4 years of skiing. So I would strongly urge you to look for a more professional shop to mount your skis. TLDR: Level 9 tech messed up my mount causing complete binding failure and nasty crash, and when I contacted them, they would t take any responsibility or offer any help whatsoever."
