"I had such a great experience. I went in there without an appointment never been there before but I had a tooth emergency. They were full that day with appointments but squeezed me in right away and didn’t affect the other patients there already, which was awesome. The dentist was knowledgeable and helpful and came out to greet me which never happens. Way cool! Sam was amazing too. I’m very tempted to switch over to this place permanently. Oh and it sits by the mountain which I love the view. Thanks again I love you guys!"

"I regret to express my deep dissatisfaction with the decline in service quality at Dr. Hamilton's dental practice, where I have been a loyal patient for approximately 18-20 years. Over the past 5 years, I have observed a concerning pattern of frequent turnover among hygienists and dental assistants. The new staff members do not exhibit the same level of friendliness and enthusiasm for their job, creating an atmosphere that is noticeably less welcoming. This has contributed to a feeling of being undervalued as a patient. Furthermore, I have noticed that Dr. Hamilton himself appears discontented during my visits, often expressing complaints while I am in the dental chair. This negativity has a direct impact on the overall experience and leaves me questioning the professionalism of the practice. A recent incident regarding a missed appointment further added to my disappointment. Although I explained the circumstances of being held up at work, the receptionist handled the situation with an attitude. Despite my long-standing relationship with the practice, there was an insistence on charging me $50 for the missed appointment. While I managed to negotiate a reduction to $25, the overall experience left me feeling unappreciated as a loyal patient. In light of these issues, I have made the decision to switch to a new dentist, and my children are following suit. It is disheartening to see a once-reliable dental practice lose eight long-term patients due to a lack of understanding of patient needs. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the practice to reevaluate its approach to patient care and work towards restoring the positive and patient-centric environment it once had."

The kindest hygienist, great doctor, and front desk. 5 stars from start to finish. The whole team had my best interest in mind and were so kind to take all my concerns and need into consideration. "Dr Hamilton really is the best. I've been seeing him since I was a teenager and now in my late twenties, even after moving to salt lake county, I still make the drive down to Provo because he is by far the most trustworthy and kind dentist I have ever been to. He explains everything clearly and does great work. All of the hygienists, assistants, and receptionist are also great and make me feel comfortable."

"My daughter and I had a great experience! Everybody was super friendly and helpful. Very thorough in their work and knowledgeable. My concerns were taken seriously and I got the answers we needed. Also, the location is perfect for us! So close to home. Their facility is modern and comfortable."
