"Terrible business. I'm glad I woke up from my procedure and to be fair, I haven't had a problem with the Dr.. My issue is with the business and how it is run. I recently had an emergency surgery at a hospital. The hospital, surgeon, and ER department all billed the correct insurance. The anesthesia provider for some reason billed an old insurance from over 2.5 years ago. I called and spoke with them when I received the first bill and they were very rude and tried to blame me for providing the wrong insurance. I find this preposterous since every other provider billed the correct insurance and was paid without issue. They said they would contact the correct insurance and I could disregard the bill until they re-billed the correct insurance. It's been 2 months and I've heard nothing. Now they are harassing me with texts, emails, and mail indicating I have overdue balance. I called back today and they said the insurance is denying the claim and I need to fix it. Upon calling my insurance, they indicated it's being denied because they are sending it to the wrong location. Again, how am I supposed to know any of this and why is it my job to fix it? I find it ridiculous that it's the customers job to make sure everyone deals with insurance correctly and dots every i and crosses every T. It seems like this issue could have been solved pretty easily if MVA would pick up the phone and call the insurance provider. Instead, they use automated system that spit out generic unhelpful errors. If I actually had a choice of who my Dr used for anesthesia, I'd never work with Mountain View Anesthesia again."

"They told me that my insurance would pay for the anesthesia. They entered the wrong code when submitting to my insurance and now I've had to talk to my insurance twice about being denied. Worst Anesthesia company I've ever had to use."
