One month before my vacation something happened and Delta cancelled my whole trip, flights and room. Flight prices had gone up dramatically and they would not price match what I had paid for my original flights (6 months prior). They wanted an additional $1200!! Amy scrambled to get everything back to how it was and spent hours on the phone for me. A giant headache that she 100% took care of for me. And I never paid a dollar more than what our original package was booked for. I'll never book another vacation without her!"
