"This is a wonderful clinic l. Very attentive to patients and their needs. Once checked in, I have never had to wait in the reception area for more than 5 minutes. They are very conscientious of the patient’s time and comfort. Dr. Gremillion is an outstanding doctor. An excellent listener who pays attention and is very detailed. Very thorough and is so good at explaining medical conditions and therapies. He uses a multi-pronged approach to patient care. Medication, general health, exercise, diet and emotional demeanor are all considered when diagnosing and treatment."
"Great experience. I was searching for a PCP and was able to get in right away. I had minor concerns and Dr. Bailey was able to address them and advise what to look for if they continued to cause me issues. Blood work was processed for a full metabolic panel, etc. and I was able to get a follow up visit scheduled right away to review results. I appreciate that Dr. Bailey wants to review results with me, as years past Dr’s would typically just say “all is good” but not take the time to discuss health markers with me and/or when they are high or low but still in range and what “in range” should look for a female of my age and lifestyle."
"I waited a couple of months to get into Dr. Gremillion’s schedule after 4 of my providers (3 of which are specialists) have all said I have an autoimmune disease—based on labs and physical symptoms. I was at his office for over 2 hours. I was rudely interrupted many times when going through my history. Parts of my history that are the most relevant he refused to focus on. He ordered labs that were all done a month prior by another provider (labs that were sent to him). He told me in the appointment he thought I had nothing wrong with me. I later asked for other labs to be done and he refused to run them. I will not be returning to him. I will be driving 2 hours to see a different doctor who will listen to my concerns and who is willing to do the work required to get answers."
"My visit to this office was thorough, professional and exceeded my expectation. Dr. Gremillion I was very kind and listened well. He also was very informative and I was happy to learn he was going to forward all of my evaluations that day to my primary care physician for quick follow-up care. I would highly recommend this office. The staff endeavored to help me schedule an appointment to accommodate my tricky schedule. Excellent office!!!"
