"Dr Mark Ashcraft spent a long time with me designing a plan to use my insurance and be easy on our pocket book. That was amazing in itself but then…..I had a tooth that another dentist had told me was definitely a root canal but Dr Mark Ashcraft saved my tooth!!! My old dentist was not getting my money to pay his mortgage payment this month! Lol Mark’s great staff were kind, hard-working and personable. They worked with my insurance to make sure I knew exactly what I would be charged , even though we changed my dental plan several times, his staff happily went back and figured it out again. Mark does tons of dental procedures so I didn’t need to go three different places to get my teeth taken care of. Trying to schedule three different Dentist was a nightmare! But because Mark is an expert in a lot of different procedures, I only had to go to one dentist office and have my mouth deadened ONE time And my teeth were done!!! (I canceled my appointments with the other dental offices and a dental surgeon Because Dr Ashcraft did it all) Dr. Ashcraft’s office was easy to make an appointment with, and they collectively saved me tons of pain, money, and time. Before I met Dr. Mark Ashcraft and his staff I absolutely HATED going to the dentist but now it’s okay, thanks to the thoughtful, honest and helpful Dentist and staff at Professional Dental."
