"I stop at this location a lot, 2 months ago I asked if I could use the restroom and they said “somebody left the key inside” which I thought that happens. Yesterday I needed to use the restroom again after getting gas and some snacks and guess what?? Same story “somebody left the key inside” lol. Poor customer service! The area is pretty decent for you to not let people use the restroom."

"The only reason I stopped at the 7-Eleven is because it's convenient. The people that work there are never friendly they're usually on their phones. And the donuts are always stale. I don't get it it's a busy 7-Eleven got to have better service and better donuts"

"As I was picking out a couple rolled tacos an employee said I would have to microwave them. I decided to not get them and put them back and one of them rolled off the heated rollers. that same employee without gloves picked up the rolled taco off the visibly dirty container and put it on the heated rollers. I decided to not eat anything from there."

"I had entered this 7-11 to pick up a DoorDash, when I had went to pull the door, it opened with ease but I saw it was a failed attempt to lock the door. I was a bit hesitant to enter but I figured I could find an employee to help me. I found no one, called the store 4 times and no answer. The employee that worked 5/4 at 1:20am came out of a room and began to be extremely disrespectful towards me, I told him the door was locked but I still got in and was looking for someone. He told me “maybe use your eyes a little better, there’s a sign that says closed for 5 minutes” he then told me to wait outside for my order and still was extremely disrespectful after handing me my order and apologizing for the situation."
