"If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Do NOT get a membership with Defy. I have been trying to cancel for WEEKS and they will not cancel my membership. I have “canceled” 3 times and they still took $65 out of my account. The staff at the Birmingham location are wonderful, but the company itself is absolutely horrible."

"Terrible experience at Defy Lansing MI. GM was rude and not helpful. Did not care that we were unhappy with the party we had. Filthy facility, did not get what we ordered, or what was supposed to be included in our Epic pkg. Unorganized, nor well trained staff. This place has gone downhill since changing from District 5. Called Corporate, mailbox is full."
