"Registered my husband for a Covid test here since he was having symptoms. Although there were no appointments available for the day, they stated that “walkups accepted” and gave a link to preregister (see attached screenshot). So I preregistered, received an email with our QR code, and my husband went off to the testing location. Upon arrival (and after waiting in line for over an hour) he was told that they are appointment only and they will not test him. If you want to only accept appointments that’s fine, but your website needs to reflect that so you don’t waste everyone’s valuable time and money."
