"Very frustrating. Been using this dentist for 2 years and honestly never was great. The front desk office manager is the worst. Not once have I called in and have her sound welcoming. Any need you have is an inconvenience to her. They will also put on a $50 no show fee even if you reschedule days in advance. The dentist gives you less than a minute of his time and never seems to care about getting to know you or showing gratitude that you are a patient"

"Ranches Family Dental was so wonderful. Everyone from Dr. Baldwin to all of the staff were so very nice & caring. Because of so many bad experiences in the past, I’ve avoided making appointments unless it was absolutely necessary. Needless to say going to the dentist has never been a highlight for me. That’s all changed now thankfully. I also appreciate them working through the special circumstances with my insurance. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating!"
