"Went to doc to discuss a car accident and healing (lack of) since. The doctor didn’t really check me out, I was seated in a regular chair the entire 5 mins of conversation with me, he wasn’t personable and no time frame provided for when to get a call about comparing some records I needed to discuss. Likely to request a new primary if this continues"
"Walk in visit and I was taken back to an office in about 20 minutes. The nurse reviewed my concerns and Dr Burtenshaw showed up 5-10 minutes later. A quick discussion about my problem and I was prescribed some medication and able to leave. It was a great and quick experience."
