"The ONLY positive was that the wait was short. The check in lady at emergency seemed to be having a bad day. Our nurse(male) was very non compassionate toward my 4 year old daughter who was very sick & also scared to be at the emergency room. He seemed irritated that she was acting shy & was rough when swapping her throat for strep. We left the ER with no help or medicine & what’s worse is that they didn’t even listen to my concerns that i believed it was from her having previous colds/flus a few weeks prior that had turned into a sinus infection. Come to think of it, the doctor didn’t even look at her sinuses!! She checked ears & strep then proceeded to send us home with nothing. Waste of time & money!!! Please teach your staff to listen to the concerns of the parents!!!"

"They charged me over $1000 for an overnight pulse/oxygen study. With insurance my balance was $150. Through my doctors office it was less than $20. Disgusting overcharge. Will never go here again with that abuse of billing. I believe this was upcoming fraud. I wouldn't go here u less you want to be swindled."

"Doctor seemed supportive I have kidney stones the doctor said I should wait a week as standard before seeing a specialist, well he only wrote a work release for two days, make sure you double check that stuff with them cause they don't follow their own recommendations. And now it is a weeks to see a specialist and it has only gotten worse, don't let these people cost you your job like I did twist their arm if you have to but make them follow their own recommendations."

"If you get sick, just keep driving to Ogden or Logan. I spent 10 days here with Covid. The treatment was terrible. First they said they were waiting all day for a room to open, two days later they said I was the only patient there. I was ready to leave after 5 days and kept asking them to discharge me. They said they had to get my oxygen down. But they wouldn't turn it down. They never offered me a shower for 7 DAYS despite getting night sweats every night due to the drugs they were giving me. My wife had to go fight with the administrators to let her in to see me and then asked why I hadn't been offered a shower in all that time. They sent me home with oxygen but I started losing my vision because of oxygen poisoning - I was getting ocular migraines. I feel like they tried to keep me there as long as possible because of my good insurance. When I got my bill I paid $1232. Then I get another bill a year and a half later for $900. By this time my FSA account had expired and I couldn't pay with with that. I called to try to work it out and they would do nothing for me. I miss my IHC insurance. They were so much better to work with. Update: my wife called her doctor to schedule some imaging. She said "anywhere but Brigham City hospital" They responded, "I understand, they are the most expensive." I didn't know this, but this is also good to know. Another reason to drive a little further. As far as calling patent advocate, no thanks. I paid my bill. I'm done. I don't want to be patient there ever again. How about empower all your employees to be patient advocates?"

"We loved our experience with the ER. The physicians and staff were kind and caring towards us. However whoever they use for billing and the billing customer service we have had several horrible experiences. This involved the “customer service” representative hanging up several times on myself, my spouse, AND my insurance representative. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help. On another occasion, we overpaid and were told we would receive a check in the mail. Several months later we have not received it. There is no way to provide feedback for the billing customer service that I can see which is why I’m leaving this review here."
