"From start to finish, our experience at the OR for my daughter's ear tube procedure was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make her feel welcomed and comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The surgery itself was performed flawlessly, and we're already seeing improvements in my daughter's health. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding care and compassion!"

"I was in the ER with my daughter and son in law last night. Mike was one of my son in law s nurses. He was so kind and personable! I was very impressed by him! I can't remember the Dr's name as I got there later than my son in law. I feel badly when I see negative reports because we have always had such positive experiences. Last night the Dr was so kind! Empathetic despite his busy night. He could have shut down my questions but he took the time to answer my questions about meds that might help my son in law. (With permission of my son in law). I have worked in the medical field (retired now) I loved my patients!. I realize nurses and Drs can get tired, overworked, out numbered, hungry, missed meals, missed breaks, very over tired!!! Medical staff are human too. Anytime my son in law has had to visit the ER he has had positive experiences. (He would definitely let it be known if he did not have a positive experience!) My own experience there, a few years ago, was wonderful! I ended up staying at this hospital for 2 weeks. It was all a very positive experience!. My in-laws have been to the Mtn View ER several times. I have always been impressed at the kindness and quality of care given whenever I was there with family members. First Rate Care! Always!"

"I want to first state that I received excellent care at Mountain View Hospital after my knee surgery last August. The facility was clean, the nurses and hospital staff were excellent and that part of my experience was wonderful! I would absolutely give those people a 5 star rating! Iwant to say that I don't believe the issue I happen to have with Mountain View Hospital originated in Payson, Utah either because the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and all the medical supply companies were all paid in a timely manner. The thing I really HATED. about my experience with Mountain View Hospital is the way their billing is handled! I have had a major headache getting them to bill my secondary insurance for the remaining balance on my account! They had my number wrong by one digit the first time I contacted them about this, and I gave them the correct number for my secondary insurance. The second time I tried straightening the issue out they didn't show me having secondary insurance! My wife sent them a fax with images of our secondary insurance cards which they hadn't even found when I called to see if they had it. After they got checking they finally found the fax! Then our account was sent to collections and we're still trying to get them to contact our insurance company because the insurance company is totally willing to pay on the remaining balance just as they did for everything else associated with my surgery! I don't think it's the people in Utah, that are the completely incompetent ones, but I believe the problem lies with the people in either Tennessee or Ohio who are processing these accounts! I give these people an F minus as a grade!"

"If you can help it and have the choice to go somewhere else, you should. My dad fell on the ice in January, we called an ambulance and he was brought here, one of the people on the ambulance was quite rude to start with but I let it go. When I got to the hospital my dad was still in a ton of pain and needed X-rays on his knee, they brought in a portable X-ray machine and the people who were doing it were hurting my dad and were not being careful and he told them that multiple times but they didn’t seem to care. We ended up being told that it was deep bruising and he would be healed in a few weeks. My dad had two more falls after this in my house and we ended up taking him back to the ER for the second one where they did the same portable xrays and found nothing. We were told at this point that we couldn’t get an MRI because everyone had gone home for the night and since it wasn’t urgent, nobody could be called in, this was around 9 PM. We were told to see an orthopedic doctor for an MRI which we did and found out at that point that my dad actually had a torn tendon. My dad had surgery today at revere health and the tendon was completely unattached and not only that, because it has been so long since the initial fall, the tendon was trying to heal itself and was scarred down in the wrong place. My dad is in so much pain and his recovery time is 6 months. Why did they not recommend an MRI when this happened? Why did they basically do nothing for him? If an MRI had been done initially, he wouldn’t have had two more falls and the surgery wouldn’t have been as extensive. Don’t go here if you have any other choice."

"Worst experience I’ve had ever at a hospital. Originally the staff was good but then things went downhill fast. The lactation specialist was just a nurse who didn’t really provide a lot of help. Had to hire an actual one outside of the hospital that knew what they were doing. The billing department has been a massive joke. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. I’ve clarified multiple times that I would get no more bills. Each time I’m told no more and then another shows up. I ask for itemized bills and I get smoke screens. One bill showed up for 500 and then magically the portal shows 650 and zero explanation from these guys. It’s literally a bunch of crooks running the billing department. Poor service mixed with shady accounting. Sounds like California or New York. I had low expectations but this was impressive to say the least."
