"When I first walked in with a prescription for physical therapy they were very helpful and got 20 appointments set up and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes including wait time. That was a great start, however This is the second physical therapy I've been to and beginning with my first session I was a little unhappy with the differences from my first. I understand everyone is different however and I was willing to put my initial feelings aside and continue to give them a try. They are very unfocused on you as an individual and each physical therapist seems to split their time between 3+ people at the same time (compared to my first experience with another company where it was 1 on 1 the whole hour) by my 5th appointment I literally went in and was left sitting by myself multiple times waiting to see what the next "to do" item on my list was. I spent an hour where approximately 10 words were spoken to me and I felt it would have been better if I just stayed home and watched a physical therapy video online. However, all this aside, it's still Drs orders so I continued my therapy sessions. That is until this morning where I was scheduled for an 11:30 I was about to go to. I was on the phone to my primary care Dr about another unrelated appointment and I missed a call from this place. The message left for me stated ".... since you've missed appointments we have no choice but to cancel all remaining appointments." I immediately called back (within minutes of the original call) and told the lady I was unaware that I had missed ANY appointments and we had rescheduled some appointments the first day and there must have been a mistake (wether on my part or theirs, I'm not sure) but I was on my way out the door for my 11:30 right now (I live the next block over and was still going to be there by 11:20) and she said "unfortunately we don't have any availability for today.".... So by what I gather within 3 minutes my appointment was cancelled and someone else picked it up, and with a less than 15 minute notice was going to be there leaving no room for me.... I originally picked this place because it's so close to my house. I'm going to reschedule with my last AMAZING physical therapy Dr. Where they actually seem to care about each person individually. P.s. I don't want to be contacted by anyone from this company. I don't want your "chance to make things right." I don't want your "sorry this happened." All I want is for people looking to know there are so much better places to go to. Good luck to everyone out there."
