"I initially wasn’t overly impressed with my experience and after receiving my pets clinic summaries I’m beyond furious. The summaries indicated abnormal findings in my dogs, which were NEVER discussed during my appointment. The vet actually never discussed anything with me AT ALL just passed along paperwork to the vet techs. In what I paid for services to not even have a conversation with the “Dr” is a bit absurd. To also know that the “Dr” found abnormal findings and didn’t even report anything to me is disheartening. Dr. Elsa Kao, do better. Also the intake forms were not sent until immediately before the appointment (as I was driving) which needed to be completed prior to the appointment. My spot was available thirty minutes before my appointment time and I received multiple texts that I needed to report to the vet immediately. What’s the point in having an appointment if I need to be there 30 minutes earlier? The only reason I chose to take my dogs to a Petco versus a traditional clinic was because we were traveling and needed preventative medication urgently, but never ever again."
