Costco Pharmacy

"Overall I love Costco. I hate the WVC, Utah Costco pharmacy though. Have to get my parents meds here and it’s a hassle and wait most times. An hour wait for meds they have?"

"Today was the first time I tried using Costco Pharmacy and I am so glad I did. From the moment I called, I was greeted over the phone by a man named “Matt” who was so incredibly helpful. I explained to him that the medication my doctor prescribes is always on back order at the pharmacy I normally used; Matt looked up the name and milligrams of the medication and let me know that this location had it in stock. I told him I would give my doctor information where to send the prescription and he let me know the estimated time it would take since I was a new patient. He told me to call back after my dr sent it in. 2-3 hours later, I called back and was greeted by a woman this time (dangit I can’t remember her name), but she was just as helpful as Matt was. She let me know that my prescription called in and she would mark it as “waiting” so It would be ready by the time I arrived. When I arrived 30 minutes later, I received a text letting me know it was ready before I even walked in the door. There was no line when I got to the pharmacy window and the nice technician (ugh I didn’t get his name but he was tall), helped me and got me in and out of there within 3-4 minutes. Fastest pharmacy pick up experience I’ve ever had. I will never use Walgreens or Smiths ever again, I will only use Costco Pharmacy from now on. Thank you so much West Valley location."

"I haven't dealt with many pharmacies in my life, but this specific pharmacy is THE pharmacy to go to on the Wasatch Front. They never give me any gruff about anything. They're nothing but helpful. The pharmacist Jeremy is absolutely amazing."

I had a prescription error that lingered for days and days and she helped me so much with correcting the issue but also easing my stress. She was so positive and an absolute delight to talk to!
