"GO ANYWHERE ELSE‼️ Incredible how they completely botched my puppy’s simple spay procedure. Her scar takes up over half her stomach, for some unknown reason, and is not healed properly. They downplay almost every question/concern and don’t even think you’ll get to hear it from the vet’s mouth- nope! Only the vet techs get to talk to doc. Predatory billing. Have their insurance and saved me a whooping $1.30 cents for medication to help heal her scar that they botched in the first place. That is of course after paying $667 for the procedure. I wish I had never taken my girl here. She deserves better. And so does your pet. Because it is evident that they care about your wallet- whatever happens to your pet is just collateral."

"For the most part this is a great place, but this is the second time that I needed a refill for my dog where they didn't ask the vet a head of time so my dog had to go for a couple days without her medication. My dog is 14 and has joint issues."

"To be clear, this is a review of the "Banfield Wellness Plan" not this specific location. Please do what I did not and get pet insurance. It will be similar if not the a lower monthly payment, you will get more coverage. The Banfield wellness plan starts out seeming like a good deal and a convenient one at that. You can set up the plan in-house, no problem- in fact the staff asks you if you have the service already, and if not they recommend it. Once you want to cancel, you need to call an outside company (3rd party) and wait on hold for at least 22 minutes. They will offer you several "incentives" not to cancel- and once I declined them all I was told I would have to call back next month to cancel, as that was the month my plan was set to AUTO RENEW (they do this if you do not catch it in time- thus wringing another payment out of you). When I was FIRM to the poor overworked representative that I would not call back and that it will be cancelled during this call, she meekly agreed and I was finally able to cancel this ridiculous "wellness plan". I feel very sorry for the poor representative that has to work for a company like this. On another note- when my cat that had been in their care needed to be euthanized for a inoperable stomach tumor- they assured me that they would "take care of everything". To me, that meant that the cost was covered by my plan- after all I had been pouring in money with each visit. Do you know what that meant to them? They were going to euthanize my cat- provide the service that kills him. And I was charged for EVERY PART OF THAT PROCESS. The room, the killing shot, the disposal. And this was all addressed as I am devastated, heartbroken, in tears, just losing my companion of10 years. Even in that moment, it is a money grab. After all this- I still had to call and cancel his plan after his passing, and I still had to continue payments for 3 months, their reasoning being that I had somehow not paid enough to match the care provided (I had spent over $2000 when it was all over between medicine, special food that they recommended, multiple visits and additional services). But since he was literally dead- they waived his last dental cleaning. WOW! STAY AWAY!"

"Our handsome boy made his way over the rainbow bridge earlier this month. We were absolutely heartbroken, but with the help of the staff at Banfield Hospital, we have found some peace & comfort. They went above & beyond to make sure we were left with tons of memories of our boy. I will always recommend Banfield Hospital especially when it comes to letting go. Thank you all for making a hard situation a little easier!"

"Absolutely horrible! Do not deal with Candi whos supposed to be the manager. Very unprofessional, rude and doesnt care about individual customers or pets. Dr Barlow was awful. Sent my 1 year old puppy home after stating that he had eaten something fabric and that it would pass. A few days later he became super sick and had to go into immediate surgery which they very unprofessionally told me they were too busy and wouldnt do so I needed to go somewhere else. After going to another vet in the area my dog was on the surgery table and passed away. Wasnt taken care of by Dr Barlow or the manager. They sent me to collections over bills I never received. Had wrong address, wrong phone number, etc. Never received a single email about billing either. Horrible orginazation. Will never go back. They dont care about you or your pets."
