"I took my cat there because he was in a lot of pain they refused to help him with any pain medication becouse our cat had kidney problems. He was 18 years old and we wanted him to be with us at our home when he passed away but that ain't possible with them they gave us Neurontin which calms the nerve down after giving him less than what they suggested one dose he went down couldn't walk couldn't lift his head. Meowed all the time in pain. when I called them and told them about this they said oh just double the dose. Our beloved cat never recovered from what they told me to give him ridiculous we had to put him to sleep"
