"Decided to take an exam on a whim to get a certification. Wasn't sure how to schedule the exam, so I followed the steps online. #1 - sign up for an account. (Fine.) #2 - pay for an exam voucher and online proctoring session (Paid $104.) #3 - They don't clarify until AFTER I bought the voucher, that the online proctoring is an additional $35. (I don't want to pay that much altogether.) #4 - Then they mention (after the voucher was bought, of course) that taking the exam requires a computer OS that I don't have, which means I'd have to run around to find a computer that would work. #5 - Oh--and the cherry on top of the poop sundae is that I looked for a refund option. (There's none.) Literally, all of that misleading/deceptive process could have been avoided if they re-wrote their sign-up process to clarify all things ahead of time (and add some details.)"
